This is part 1 of a 3-part video training on the luxury home listing process. The most successful Luxury Agents follow a predictable and consistent listing process, that are covered here. When working to list a luxury home, it is important to set proper expectations with the seller from the initial interaction. This first step is extremely important as it sets the tone for the rest of the transaction, and allows you to demonstrate your confidence and command of the home selling process. This is part 1 of a 3-part video training on the luxury home listing process.
In the first phone conversation with a potential seller there is a mandatory “7 Question Intake Process”. This is to establish why they are moving, what their motivation level is, and what they are looking for in a listing agent. This training will cover the exact questions to use, in the correct order to have the most predictable outcome when selling a luxury home.
Obtain your Course Completion Document
