There are essentials to becoming a Luxury Agent. For starters, you absolutely must have a solid belief that you can bring value to the Luxury Consumer. Any limitations that are holding you back are self-created and even if you do not have the financial means or confidence to launch full-scale into luxury real estate today, you can start taking steps to pivot in the right direction. 

Next, you must have a “Mindset” that the goals you set for yourself can come to fruition. Having the right mindset is mandatory for reaching higher levels of achievement as it will naturally start pushing you in that direction. 

Next, you must be perceived as an “Authority” by those you serve. The Luxury Consumer is typically affluent for a reason. They’re intelligent and they surround themselves with experts in all aspects of their lives. Becoming an authority means knowing the local market and what trends are occurring. It means knowing your profession and the best practices within it, and then being able to articulate those things well when someone asks.
