They are strategists, effective communicators, local market experts, and have a familiarity of the luxury consumer lifestyle.
A Luxury Agent has the confidence to take someone on an end-to-end experience. From the first introduction, to the validation and relationship building phase, to the eventual fulfillment where the client reaches their objective. The Luxury Agent possesses the skills to recognize the motivators and behaviors of the Luxury Consumer, and responds accordingly based on the circumstances of the moment. A Luxury Agent is one who "focuses their sales and marketing efforts on the Luxury Consumer and the upper level of local home prices.”
